    • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Local candidates only — Stockbridge, GA 30281

    Job Duties

    • Answer high volume of calls
    • Schedule appointments
    • Validate warranty
    • Exceed customers expectations
    • Handle first level customer complaints
    • Route technicians according to skill and location
    • Sell appliance parts to walk in customers
    • Order appliance parts for technicians and customers
    • Making sure all CSRs are performing to standard
    • Making sure all technicians are getting production goals
    • Working along side Lead Tech Manager to get all techs to production standards
    • Providing training for new CSRs
    • Assigning work orders to CSRs
    • Handling disputes with customers
    • Handling scheduling conflicts
    • Update Operations Manager with daily numbers
    • Follow Up on Status Specific Jobs
    • Refund Escalations to Operations Manager
    • Return Voicemails
    • Close out Work Orders from day before
    • Report to Operations Manager

    Job Requirements

    • 1-2 years of previous call center experience
    • 1-2 years of previous retail experience
    • 1-2 years of Management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong desire to provide the best customer service in town
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
