To begin, the response from Appliance Allstars was swift. The technician Ray was efficient and honest. He did not try to guess the problem. He knew what it was explained it to me and fixed it in a timely manner. He was extremely honest. The washer had been looked at by someone else who gave a much different diagnosis than Ray. Strongly recommend the company and will use them again!

These guys were the only ones that could get to me the day I called. (on a Friday) Ray was here at the time promised and returned with the parts long after I expected he was done for the day (because of traffic, not because of his work).
